Books are more powerful than space, they create a room of a world without limits. Tomaz Salamun's collection of books defines both the content and the form of the Centre. On dark and tectonic shelves, books of poetry fill the room to its very edges, from wall to wall, from ceiling to floor. They physically define the reading space, which becomes a space of memory, exploration and endless imagination. A glimpse into the poet's personal library reveals the depths of his world, his thoughts and questions, which have now become available to everyone, not only to those who pressed the doorbell of the Krasovec-Salamun apartment on Dalmatinova Street.
